How It Works
At Le Bayit, participants come for overnight stays in a simulated duplex and learn to manage daily life in a real home setting.
They build practical skills like:
- cooking and meal planning
- cleaning and laundry
- personal care and daily routines
- communications and social interactions

Le Bayit prepares participants for supported housing.
With the right training, adults are better equipped to live more independently and to live with others.
With the right guidance, families are better prepared to support their adult children on the path to a new home.
Why It Matters
Many neurodivergent adults spend decades at home with their families, waiting for the next step. Alink is changing that by creating more housing opportunities as well as Le Bayit, a housing readiness program.
Families play a critical role in sustaining Le Bayit but they cannot do it on their own.
