As a community organization in Montreal, Alink Foundation works with others to co-create a community that embraces people of all abilities, including those with brain-based challenges such as intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
We provide guidance to families on how to access resources and create alliances to build:
• Social and Recreational Opportunities
• Housing Readiness and Respite Programs
• Supportive Housing Options
Our goal is to develop a sustainable structure that helps provide the lifelong and individualized support adults and their families need.
