In Alink’s music class, participants work together each week to write the lyrics to a song.

Social and Recreational small groups program:  Saturday afternoons and Sundays at the Sylvan Adams Y, 5400 Westbury, Montreal  

Life Skills Training/Housing Readiness small groups program: Sundays at the Sylvan Adams Y and Thursday supper club

Supportive Housing:  in development  – We are currently working with public and private partners to meet the urgent need for supported housing and develop a housing readiness program in a simulated duplex as well as new inclusive housing opportunities –groups of adults renting apartments in buildings open to everybody and sharing support staff supervised by Alink.  Our first group of supported apartments launched in January 2026. From time to time, Alink offers workshops on topics that affect us all. Over the past few years, those subjects have included: Quebec’s new tutorship laws and new Basic Income program, relationships and sexuality and “The Power of Community: How Can We Co-Create An Inclusive Community?
